Most of Garland’s older blocks — Embree, Travis College, Duck Creek, the streets behind Firewheel — were planted with post oaks and pecans fifty years ago. Those trees are full-grown now, pressed up against rooflines and fences and power drops. We work in those conditions every week.

- Tree pruning and removal is done by experienced climbers who follow ANSI A300 standards and Texas A&M Forest Service guidance on oak-wilt prevention. If a job calls for a Texas-licensed Certified Arborist sign-off (insurance work, HOA disputes, hazard reports), we will tell you upfront and bring one in.
- We do not inject for oak wilt — that is a specialist job. What we do: prune live oaks and red oaks outside the high-risk window (February 1 – July 1) unless it is a hazard cut, and we paint every cut within 15 minutes regardless of the species. That is the single most important thing a crew can do to prevent oak wilt in Dallas County.
- Either. Weekly is what most of our customers want, but one-time cuts and pre-listing yard prep are fine. Weekly customers get priority on the schedule.
- Flat-rate monthly works for most weekly-mow customers — we invoice on the 1st for the month ahead. Tree work and landscape installs are quoted as a single project, paid on completion. No deposits for jobs under $1,000.
- Yes — that is part of why we run 24-hour availability. Limb on the roof, tree across the driveway, fence-down emergencies. Call (214) 603-5226 and we will come out same day if it is a hazard.
- Yes — general liability and workers’ comp on every crew member, plus the tree-work-specific coverage. Happy to send the certificate to your property manager or insurance adjuster.
- We push to the next dry day, usually within 24 to 48 hours. You will hear from us if it slips beyond that. Tree work gets pushed for storms with sustained wind over 25 mph — safety, not optics.
